Hi, I’m Thomas Wong—and I believe friendship should be fun, not work.

I’ve always been that person in my friend group—the one planning movie marathons, scavenger hunts, ridiculous dinner parties, and weekend adventures. I love bringing people together and making sure nobody feels left out.

But as life got busier, I realised something: friendships don’t just happen, they need a little help.

  • Everyone’s busy.

  • Socialising takes effort to organising.

  • Finding fun ideas? That’s a job in itself.

So, I made it my actual job.

From Event Planning to Together Kit

For more than a decade, I worked as an event planner, helping people throw unforgettable parties, plus workshops, conferences and festivals.

Along the way, I saw just how much people struggle to keep friendships and connections alive—not because they didn’t care, but because life got in the way.

That’s why I created Together Kit, back in 2013: a space where you don’t have to think about socialising ideas anymore. (Learn about how things began here).
