When did hanging out with friends get so hard?

We love our friends. But thanks to juggling work, family and life, finding time to hang out can easily fray. At Together Kit, we help you maintain your bonds, no matter how busy life gets.

Friendship isn’t automatic

Friendship used to be simpler, didn’t it?When we were kids, we had endless afternoons and weekends to hang out, explore, and have fun.

But now as working adults, our schedules are packed! Between professional deadlines and personal commitments, staying in touch with the people we care about is tough.Friendship, once so easy and natural, now requires more effort to maintain. And if we’re honest, when that effort isn’t made, we risk watching the people we care about slowly drift away.Maybe you’ve been meaning to catch up with that close friend, but the weeks slip by.

Maybe you’ve realised it’s been months since the last proper hangout with your group. The weekends roll by, the evenings come and go, and nothing ever changes.Even if you do manage to match diaries and get something booked, coming up with ideas for how to hang out is hard.

Time isn't the only problem

You don’t want it to be like the same old routine—dinner, drinks, then everyone back to their busy lives. You want to mix things up, do something fun, if only you had something in mind. Which you don’t.(And neither does anybody else (as usual!)Friendship is meant to be fun, spontaneous, and fulfilling. It’s meant to be an escape from the daily grind, not another thing on your to-do list.

Because friendship is worth it

Hi there, I’m Thomas Wong. With a background in events planning, I’ve dedicated my work life to bringing people together in memorable ways.

I started Together Kit, because I know how hard it can be to come up with fresh ways to spend time with friends. We need to do more than just "touch base" on social media. We need real moments together, from a fun night out, a cosy evening in or even a virtual coffee. The pandemic reminded us of the importance of being together and how much we need those bonds to stay happy. Even though life has moved on since then, many of us are still recovering from that period of disconnection.

Helping you stay connected

Here at Together Kit, we’re all about keeping your friendships strong. From chill fun to weekend blowouts, large groups to intimate meets, budget-friendly to no-expense-spared, even to forgotten birthdays or Christmases spent apart, we’ve got creative ideas for just about every occasion. Our mission is simple: to help you connect with your mates through fun, no matter how much time you have available.
